Tank driving or similar

Hi,
Does anyone here know of a tank driving/rally car driving or similar sort of day out in the more northerly areas of our green and pleasant land?
I have been told there is a set up at Perth but cannot locate it?

Actually it's a for a friends Christmas gift but told tell 'cos they don't know yet.
