Just a short note to say that SIDC have got Knockhill booked on Saturday 7th October for a 4 hour open pit lane session from 9am to 1pm.

It's mostly an well balanced mix of Imprezas/EVOs, Elises/Exiges, Caterhams/Westfields, plus the odd TVR, Porsche and Ferrari and others.

Strict rules on driver etiquette, so overtaking on the left only with co-operation of the car in front, no racing or overtaking around corners or under braking etc.

You can book on-line at: http://shop.sidc.co.uk/index.cfm?cat_

Planned to be the first outing for the rebuilt Tuscan
assuming it's finished by then, but it should be driveable at least
and assuming it's dry...

Jes will also be there in the Chimaera
shout ANY MORE TVRs UP FOR THIS??

Hi John

Not seen you for ages, and doesn't look like I will see you at this event either.

You arranged the Alford for a day when I was at Boyndie, and now this KH date when I am at Alford, one of these days I will get to another SIDC event. Looking forward to that day too as they are always well organised.

See you for a beer one of these days.

Aye, as CT says, last championship event of the season so no can do ...

Shame 'cos I'm keen to see Willie's beast.

I'm sure all will have a great time.

Cheers,

Eric

If the rebuild on the S4 is completed by then, then I could be tempted

..and don't forget the SIDC folks (and John Stewart in particular) who have the best track sessions around. They too will help out a first-timer if asked.

paperbag and all this praise from a dyed-in-the-wool TVR owner
