Balancing wire wheels.

Anyone got good experience of a place that can properly balance wire wheels in East-Central Scotland?

Look my car to Target Tyres in Blairgowrie. He put new Firestone F560 on the rear. Claims to of balanced them perfectly. Has done a few wire wheeled cars in the past.
