Noise Meter?

Anyone know where I can hire one for a couple of hours in the Aberdeen area. I have a new Milltek system on my BMW Z4 3.0 and it's incredibly loud... so much so I want to return it or make alterations to it. It would be nice to test just how loud under load.

buy a decibel meter from the electrical shop at the bottom of Anderson drive (cant remember what its called), next to KFC, keep the reciept, test it in tesco danestone car park then take it back.

By the way, how is your power steering now after the Alford antics?

its fine now dude, just the in-line fuse was covered in road salt and crap (from previous owner last winter im guessing)the cover wasnt fitted right and had corroded to the point where it snapped, the battery and fuse are right behind the front left wheel so waterproofed it this time.

alford was a gd laugh, shame it was a bit on the cold side.

going to knockhill on friday night, weather forecast is rain so will be even more fun.!

how much, if you don't mind me asking, did your Milltek set you back and where did you get it fitted. A workmate has a 3litre Z4 and is interested in some mild tweaking. (It'd probably be cat-back he'd be looking at)
