Scottish TVR dealers/indies
Discussion
I am currently planning a 7-9 day driving holiday in the West Highlands of Scotland in July, and pre-empting what I hope to be only the very worst case, am interested to learn whether there are any TVR independents (do not think there are any dealers now) in Scotland which PH'ers trust. I have a 2003 Tuscan so SP6 experience essential!!

Hi agree with Gaffer (I met you at Ian's the other day),Dreadnought Garage is in Callander tel 01877 331099 they can fix all things TVR (authorised service centre) and have a good reputation apart from them there isn't anybody else on this side of the country.
Brian Luti (Dreadnought) came to Dads funeral on Monday as he is an old friend, I cant wait to get up to them for a weekend and see them both.
But they are well thoght of by a lot of people.

Dreadnought are superb - but why not save your car and hire ours (or a Sagaris) - nyou know it makes sense
I like the proactivity Edward and thanks for the offer; however, think I will stick with my Tuscan which is now well bedded in and ripe for an epic journey - unless you can offer the Gallardo or Zonda for the same daily hire price
Another option for servicing is using Automeddon of Blackpool, www.automedon.co.uk/home.html . They do a pick up and delivery service for 20p a mile. This sounds like a good deal to me it only works out at £150 for Aberdeen and back. As well as this there servicing costs are very reasonable and they are all ex-TVR mechanics. i am seriously considering giving them a go at the moment. I'll let you know how I get on once the service is done.
