Watched it last night.
Am I the only one who couldn't square their requirement for sustainability and environmental friendliness with a trip to Canada and importing all the materials, no doubt at great environmental cost.
It's not as if Scotland is short of timber kit manufacturers and builders either.

It was all a bit too square for me.
Still, all power to their elbow for taking on such a project.
Regarding local sourcing... if tripple glazed, argon filled, bespoke windows (of a certain quality) were cheaper in Scotland, I'm sure they would have bought them here.
I see where you are coming from mind. I had asparagus from Peru today, so can't complain.
