Where do you guys get your cars serviced?

I live in Aberdeen and am considering a Tuscan/ T350 as a second car, i dont really want to have to transport the car to get it fettled!?

Is there anyone in this part of the world who is familar with them?

I know a good mechanic who would do a rebuild etc if the worst came to the worst but for general fettling!?!

Dreadnought in Callander are good. Up here JD Motor Engineers in Insch (01464 821151) or Ricky Gauld near Huntly. I'd go to JD (you should know John there - he's chief marshal at Fintray etc) he and Dave are top class

A lot of the TVR club owners in Aberdeen use Noel Flannery, V8 Sports and Classics down in Berwick. He has a driver who will collect the car and return it or you can have it transported if you prefer.

Top bloke who knows everything about TVRs.

Am I right in thinking that Dreadnought in Callander are the only official service dealer left in Scotland? Just had a Sag and a Tuscan done by them. Superb service and very knowlegeable. You shoul see what they have done to the owners Rover 75, and his daughters Mustang! Awesome
