Just last week had the luck to follow a lovely new Vantage, then this weekend have noticed a new 430 buzzing around on the Southside (Pollokshields)... This is in addition the the yellow Gallardo which is around quite a bit. Some fine motors this side of the river....

There's a DB9 sits outside the Malmaison fairly regularly, another sits outside the Riverboat regularly.

Out my way (Bearsden) its overrun with 996/997, Boxster S and Cayman Porsches. The bloke immediately next door to my ski club always seems to manage to take his 360 Spider out for a spin when I'm teaching rugrats on weekend mornings as well

Was the Vantage black? If so, it was probably mine, as are the yellow Gallardo and 430 spider.

I spotted a Porsche Carrera GT last week at Perth. It headed off down the A9 towards Stilrling though.

If anyone here knows/owns it please tell the owner to stop letting their granny drive it as at those slow speeds it's really a nuisance

The Vantage was a bit grubby looking, but it was certainly dark, possibly black, and forgot to mention that yes, it was a spider. Either way, you got some nice motors there! Mind me asking where you garage these? (mail me if you like) as I was looking for a piece of exotica myself, but as you will know, there are few garages around these parts, and I dont fancy leaving that sort of thing on the street!

You might think I'm a cheeky bugger but do you think it would it be possible for me to have a passenger ride in one of your fine motor cars? I can't hire one as I'm too young! Feel free to tell me where to go..

You're right about Bearsden. I too live (and deliver curries) there and my lupo Gti is a relatively exclusive car in an area so full of Porsches it beggars belief. Hell, there are probably more Porsches in bearsden than loop Gtis in the country. There are a few Ferraris around as well, a few Astons and a significant number of Bentley Continental GTs.

Also saw a black Lambo the other day at a petrol station. Didnt get a chance to stop for a look though

Generally im up the west end every day, as I attend Glasgow Uni.

Anyway, there is always a splattering of Bentley Cont GT's...which in my opinion are probably the most boring 'expensive' car available!.

However on a regular basis, a dark grey DB9 is seen roaring up and down University Avenue (Also seen a similar one parking pre-match at Ibrox), which is always a sight to behold.

Also last week I spotted a Vantage parked in the car park across the road from Tennants Bar on Byres Road. 1st time ive seen a V8 Vantage....yet like the Bentley i wasn't over enthusiastic about it....in fact I didn't even cross the road to gawp inside of it, I just kept walking!.

Did you call the polis to tell them you'd spotted a stolen car?

A fine place to spend your Saturday afternoons. Are you there often?

Saw a Maybach and a CLS55 parked on the A8 in Edinburgh yesterday. Maybach is an ugly car!

couldn't agree more about the maybach. saw 3 parked outside the St Andrews old course a couple of years ago. one of them belonged to the celtic chairmen i think. It had a 2 tone paint job, Green and black, with champagne on ice in the rear seat arm rest!

Good stuff. I've had mine for roughly that time too (main stand). You're right - its worth it for those moments. Maybe not so many this season but i'm sure we'll be back with a vengeance next season!!
