Alford, SUnday June 18th
Discussion
Single car on track at any time. Anything goes, but it will be mostly road cars. After first run, you join the end of the queue for your next run.
Would be cheap (around £15-£20 for as many runs as you can fit in during the day), but places will be limited to about 35 cars to ensure people get plenty of runs during the day.
Sign on would start around 9:30am, with the track opening from about 10:30 to 4pm.
Also a show and shine competition, visiting car clubs very welcome with their own display areas.
Free entry (though we will be collecting money for charity) on the gate.
Looking to get many trader stands along, plus food (BBQ/burger van etc).

The event is open to everyone, but will predominantly be a Subaru day. I'm expecting a good turn out from the Elise/Exige owners as well as the Seat enthusiasts as in previous years.
If any traders are interested in coming along, just drop me an email on john@sidc.co.uk. Last few years we haven't charged anything, but gently twisted the traders arms for a donation to charity
Murray - had a pint with Eric the other week, and sorted out a suitable June date to fit in with everyone's schedules

Hi all,
I was informed at home last night that 18th June is in fact Fathers Day, and there are plans for me to be elsewhere that day.
Therefore I've had to re-schedule this event, and the most suitable date available was Sunday 30th July.
In understand that a couple might not be able to make this date as they are on holiday/offshore etc., but when we've attended events on Fathers Day before, turn-out was always quite low.
