Many of the postal vehicles in the US are RHD, the post boxes are at the edge of the pavement (sidewalk) the postal worker doesn't have to get out of his van as he is seated right next to the post box.
I don't think they are converted like that though !!
The conversion wouldn't cover things like headlight dipping and EU compliance on things like indictaors but I guess that could be sorted out easily enough if the car was cheap enough, and you weren't concerned about frightning the shit out of your passengers.
