Reminder TVRCC Central Scotland 2006 Planning Meet on Dec 3

Just a reminder of the TVRCC Central Scotland’s December meeting at the Gartwhinzean Hotel at Powmill. That’s this coming Saturday, December 3, at 12:30.
This will be a ‘special’ meeting where in addition to the normal food, banter and ogling cars, we will be putting together the diary for 2006. In order that folks have time to eat, but also aren’t hanging about too long just for the planning session, we’ll kick that off at 13:30 sharp.
So, please come armed with the events/trips/activities/visits you want to see in the region as well as any external events that we should know about to plan around - such as race meets, car shows etc. What I’d like to achieve in 2006 is an ‘event per month’, plus enough advance planning so that our activities don’t clash with other events.
There are a few really great ideas already on the table including a trip to the Nurburgring, so 2006 looks to be an exciting year for Central Region. All it needs is folks to come along, present their ideas, hopefully volunteer to help with the organisation of some, and then participate!
Also, I think it would be a good opportunity as the last meeting of 2005 to have a wee review and see if there are things we could be doing better in the region. So again, if you have any comments regarding how the region as operated or suggestions on how we could improve things then please come along.
And of course, we’re always looking to increase our membership and the number of active folks in the region, so even if you’re not yet a TVRCC member you’re still welcome to come along and see what it’s all about.
