can anyone recommend race car egine tuning that specialise in carburetor engines?

I am thinking someone that is used to Escort or Afla Romeo rally engines.

Give Ray a call at West Tuning, Thruxton circuit, tunes lots of old race cars (and builds M3 race engines amongst other things)

I would second this. I also have a Alfa race car and he is who was recommended to me by a number of others.
