Tuning bike carbs?

Hi Folks,

Bough a kit car at the start of the year, 2.0 pinto with bike carbs (I think CBR600 but honestly not sure). The car is running super rich and needs some fettling. Does anyone know of anyone that can help in the central belt, I am near Stirling. Carbs, especially bike ones are new one on me.
