I thought there was money for a 5-year plan at Thirlestane?

Any reason given as to why? I enjoyed last year's but really wanted to see more live action as it was a strange mix of classic car show and motorsport show.
Cannot comment on why it is not on again this year what is on is the usual Sunday event BVAC Classic on the 18th June www.bvac.org.uk for more details or entry details to david hunter entries@bvac.org.uk NoddyonNitrous said:

Just found this whilst looking myself.....
5-6 August - Orkney Classic and Vintage Car Show - Mainly old timers, of various oldness, but I hear on good authority, there will be a 2023 plate Challenger Jailbreak and a 2005 plate Holden Monaro there this year.
6 August - Aberdeen Performance Car Show. Guess there won;t be too many Model Ts at that....
27 August - Buckie Classic Car Show. The same good authority tells me the same Jailbreak will be there too.....
23 September - Wheels of Nairn. Bills itself as "Classic and Modern". Challenger hasn't decided yet if its going or not....
Sure there will be more than that in the south, but being up here in the North, thats where my interest lies!

If you’re at the Buckie Classic Show, I’ll try to say hello 5-6 August - Orkney Classic and Vintage Car Show - Mainly old timers, of various oldness, but I hear on good authority, there will be a 2023 plate Challenger Jailbreak and a 2005 plate Holden Monaro there this year.

Yes, please do!
Just in from 2 days of Orkney show, with the Challenger and the Monaro, as well as a bike. Pretty busy with a lot of interest in the Challenger which is the one that is going to Buckie - By the time I heard they were doing a bit on Vauxhalls, they were fully booked so the Monaro is staying here.
Gorgeous weather here this weekend, so hoping for the same for Buckie.

Saw the Challenger, looked awesome. Would have said hello but didn't read this thread until after I'd been. Do they allow you to start the cars that are on display? Would've liked to have heard it, maybe at Nairn if you go?23 September - Wheels of Nairn. Bills itself as "Classic and Modern". Challenger hasn't decided yet if its going or not....
Think that was the best show at Buckie I've been at, lots of great cars, don't usually see any Ferraris but there was a lovely 328 GTB in Rosso/Chrema and a 355 Spider.
The Avenger Tigers were absent which was a shame, I think there's a story behind that but not really sure so won't comment.;)
Managed to take a few pics:
