Building contractors, Aberdeen area

Looking to get a garden room built, around 4m x 2.5m and have full drawings etc. from architect so ready to go regards quotes. Received one quote already which was ridiculous so we're presuming he doesn't want the work. Any recommendations for good quality, reliable builders for a job like that? We're based in Aberdeen west end.

I used Scott Annison to rebuild my office a few years ago - excellent work. He's down as a painter/decorator but he project-managed the whole thing for me (builders, sparkies, plumbers etc) so I'm sure he would be worth speaking to.

Mark Paterson from Monymusk is a dedicated builder and good at what he does

After almost 7 years in the Aberdeen area I’m still shocked at the prices for trades and builders big work. I’m guessing you’ve been quoted £70k+ ?
