Not on car, but Autotec Scotland in Port Glasgow have Road Force Balancers and are the only place I use. I'm crazy sensitive to wheel vibration and after trying a whole range of tyre shops around Glasgow, Autotec were the only ones who could get my ride smooth in each car.

Could maybe try a truck garage, commonly done on the vehicle with them, or at least it was in my day.
