I have wheels from an old Maserati which used Citroen style 1970's centres. They have a 30mm centre hole.

Does anyone know any tyre balancing places in Lanarkshire Glasgow who have a balancing machine or adaptor that can be used on these?

I tried Cooper Bore in Newmains who have the adaptors for i think centre less style wheels used on cars in early 2000's, but the spigot only reaches 40mm and 60mm was needed. Also tried SVS motherwell and they don't have any adaptors.

Some of the old balancing machines had a removable spigot and a much narrower one could be fitted for such small centre holes.

Any assistance appreciated.

I'd give https://rdtyres.co.uk/ just off the M8 in Glasgow a call and ask for Gerry - used by quite a few PHers including myself for many years.

His premises is little unglamorous but he's careful and knows his stuff, and the fact his premises is a little older than your typical Kwik Fit outlet might mean his balancer and associated equipment is able to cope, or he may be able to steer you towards someone who can assist - he's a friendly chap.

In the gallery section of his website there are some wheels being balanced with ridiculously small centres.
