TVRCC Central Scotland CHANGE OF VENUE FOR 6/8/05

sorry about double posting in the General TVR forum, but I need to get the message out to everyone concerned.
[b]THERE IS NO MONTHLY MEETING AT THE DUNNIKIER HOUSE THIS MONTH,[/b] RATHER...
as agreed at the last TVRCC meeting, this month we are doing a pre-meeting drive (meeting at 9:30) up to Carnoustie to Coatech to see some powder coating being done (they've just done my chassis, and Ewan who runs it is a Griff owner), then onwards to the Finavon Hotel at Forfar for the actual monthly get-together.
Full details of this are on the TVRCC-Scotland newsgroup so please check there. If you don't have access, then mail me direct.
[b]IT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE THAT I HAVE NUMBERS FOR:
* FOLKS DOING THE DRIVE (MEET DUNFERMLINE/M90 AREA)
* FOLKS GOING TO COATECH (CARNOUSTIE)
* FOLKS GOING TO THE FINAVON (FORFAR)[/b]
Obviously, people can make their own way to Carnoustie or Forfar - they don't have to do the drive.
This is a TVR Car Club Central Scotland event, but other regions (particularly Glasgow and the Nessies) are more than welcome, as are any other TVR enthusiasts. Please let me know.

UPDATE
Sorry to say that the response to this has been underwhelming to say the least. Maybe it's due to holidays, but from what appeared to be a popular choice regarding the run, visit and venue last month has turned out to have very little support.
On this basis there 'may' still be some folks arriving at the Finavon Hotel in Forfar for around 12:30...but numbers will be way down on our 'regular' attendance. Might be half a dozen cars...might be none! I have emailled everyone who did commit to go though, so you can decice on your plans.
However, there will be no organised run up to Carnoustie/Forfar now as previously announced, and unless you have committed to go to Coatech, check with me first to make sure it is still on. My numbers are in Sprint.

It looks like we now have enough numbers to run an event. So, instead of the regular TVRCC Central Scotland meeting tomorrow - here are the options:
* Meet at Stirling Services (Cami will be there) at 11:00 and drive up direct to the Finavon.
* or Make your own way to Coatech in Carnoustie for 11:00, then on to the Finavaon for 12:30
* or Make your own way to the Finavon for 12:30
Next month we will have the meeting in the Gartwhinzean Hotel at Powmill, so put that in your diaries now
