Euan Mackay from Ergon vehicle services, good lad.

Just had wheels (22” RRS) refurbed by Alan from alloy-sos.co.uk. He’s mobile, he came to the house this morning and did the wheel refurb for me with the only requirements being a wall socket needed for the power supply for his extension lead. I’m very happy with the work done and would highly recommend him.

I used Wheel Repair Scotland over in Paisley recently. Did a great job on the wheels of my late father's car, which really were trashed

I scuffed a diamond cut alloy today and alloy-sos came up as one of the local firms that don't seem to have any bad reviews about their work - do you mind me asking if your wheel was a diamond cut and how it is looking a year down the line if you still have the car?

From previous experience with other repair outfits diamond cut repairs look great for about 2 months then the whole wheel goes milky and looks worse than before so I'm swithering about whether to just put up with the scuff!

I can’t comment on Alan’s work, but I do supply him all his consumables, and he always buys the best lacquers and products. In fact a box left us today heading to him.
