Alford Sprint July 17
Discussion
All,
GAC will run Alford sprint on Saturday July 17.
We have upped the entry limit from 60 to 80 cars and will have a full entry. Hopefully we will have a good number of spectators too.
The usual suspects will all be there with the usual mix of road saloons, modified saloons, caterhams, westfields, historics and single seaters.

...and a class win for moi.
Bit disappointed with the time though, last (and best) run was an untidy 59.48. My luxobarge didn't get anywhere near the chariot of corpulence...
Cheers,
Ali
P.S. came upon the accident whilst trundling home - turned round and diverted via Garlogie. I heard it was 5 vehicles and pretty serious. I hope no-one from the event was involved and in any case that everyone is OK.

Anyone got any idea about the incident on the A944 by Kirkton of Skene that blocked the road for a few of us?
I didn't get held up by the incident, a nice lady phoned me and told me about it so I was able to turn off for Garlogie and missed the hold up.
I flashed furiously (well you need a hobby don't you ) at a Numptie in front of me and had my indicator on but he didn't catch on quick enough to take the turning.
BTW Congratulations on your class win Ali
