Bodyshop that can fabricate panels

Looking for recommendations on somewhere that can repair some wheel arch rust on my project car. Unfortunately repair panels aren't readily available and as it's a visible exterior panel its beyond my abilities.

Spoke to a few places local to me (Inverclyde) but most only seem interested in doing big insurance work or smart repairs. I need a craftsman (preferably near Glasgow if possible)

That sounds like it may be tricky. What is the project car if you don't mind my asking?

I'm assuming you'll have looked high and low but would be handy in case anyone spots this who may have panels etc that could help.

Maybe check on the HAMB message boards or a Scottish hot rod cub?? I know there are some guys in Scotland that do a lot of work on Hot Rods, but couldn't tell you who they are.
