Can anyone recommend an exhaust specialist in North Ayrshire/ Glasgow Area who has experience of carrying out this exhaust mod on a Porsche 911?

No idea if they are experienced in what you require but they always get very positive reviews on the quality of their work.
I used them years ago but not recently.

Think I vaguely remember that - she has good taste though I still miss the lovely growl of a big V8!

A friend uses these people for all his Porsche work , could give them a phone . If they dont do it , may suggest somewhere else .

This is a piece of pi55 to do. I made quite a few quid about 4 years ago, buying removed/second hand exhaust boxes from eBay, modifying them, and selling them on. I must have sold around 20 pairs of these!! It is SO SO easy to do, if you're anywhere near being handy! Have a Google.
