So that's what I passed on the A1 a couple of days back. There was a silver Discovery in front with assorted bits of pipe and stuff and a big 'A' sticker on it, closely followed by three big American cars.

That was them. Passed me on the royal mile.

They were also filming at Knockill circuit on Tuesday. Paddock car park was full of hire vans with camera equipment laid out and range rovers with the rear doors open and various letters taped on the rear windows.

I'd missed filming finishing by about 40 minutes.

There were a few vintage track prepped cars getting loaded onto transporters. A talbot sunbeam and a hillman avenger tiger from what I could see.
