Is anyone else P'd off at some folks attitude to out lockdown rules ?
I know of one person in Derbyshire who seems to think it is OK to come up to Scotland to Kayak because he is going to an uninhabited island and talking his own food and not stopping on way. Then don't start me on the masses at Luss over weekend
A surprising fact I heard at weekend is the we in Scotland have highest deaths per 110k in UK and possibly Europe

I don't think we have the highest deaths per capita in Europe (Belgium and Sweden were up there), but we possibly do in the UK.I know of one person in Derbyshire who seems to think it is OK to come up to Scotland to Kayak because he is going to an uninhabited island and talking his own food and not stopping on way. I'm not surprised though, the deaths in Scotland are concentrated in the West, an area known for years for having an unhealthy population and a lower than average life expectancy - poor diet, lots of drinking and smoking - it's to be expected that those who take the virus around these parts might have a lower chance of beating it.
I personally have no issue with someone driving up and going kayaking, as long as they sign a form at the border to waive the right to medical assistance, food, drinks, fuel etc should they need it
