Anyone noticed the service was much better when it was at John Brannan Way?
Since the move to James Street I've found the staff (one guy in particular) to be useless.
Never know what the price is going to be with Trade Card. Asked the guy last time I was in if there was a discount with Trade Card and he said 'huge difference'.
Asked him to check price of an item (4m Anthracite Ogee gutter) and, after saying 'postcode' comes back with the price that's in the catalogue.
I said that's the price in the catalogue and he said nothing
