Morning Pistonheaders,

i'm looking to store my car over the winter and would interested in any experiences anyone has had.

I'd prefer somewhere around the Dunfermline area.

Not Fife-based but there is a place just off the Edinburgh City Bypass - Car Storage Scotland in Lonehead.

I've used them quite a few times, Mark (owner) and his dad (Gordon) very pleasant chaps, always got some interesting vehicles in, some are inside those carcoons.

I suppose it depends on your needs / requirements but Fife Council have a good few residential garages for rent around Dunfermline. I have one, new roof, door and it's big enough for a car plus a self constructed mezzanine floor to the rear to pile her house based overspill on to. I think I pay about £40 a month.
