Toyota indy near Edinburgh?

I'm new to the world of Toyota with an old Celica 190. The engine sounds like it needs valve adjustment and I don't fancy doing it myself. I can bang suspension and brakes together no problem, but I'm lost when the micrometer and feeler guages come out.

Are there any decent independent garages around to look after three cars? I live in the Borders south of Edinburgh.
