Looking for decent solicitor to dispute issue with legal aid

Hi all, I have recently found myself in a situation where my partner had been granted legal aid for a family law dispute. This case was ongoing before I met her and I had no part in it, however, according to the Scottish legal aid board, due to the case not having been settled and paid for before she moved in with me, the solicitors’ fees now have to be paid from my savings. Clearly I’m not happy with this as it had nothing to do with me and we have only just started living together, so I am seeking professional legal advice.

Could anyone recommend a good solicitor to ask for advice on such a matter?

Anything at all would be greatly appreciated.
