Auchinleck 4G mobile signal

We're off on a family get together for a few days in May and we're staying at Auchinleck House. Very very sad I know but they have no WiFi or TV's and I'm slightly concerned at the thought of no TV or internet for a week. EE seemingly have no signal there either so I'm contemplating getting some sort of mobile WiFi solution for email and and watching "TV" before bed on a laptop or tablet. During the days we'll be out and about so not an issue.

Can anyone local please let me know which is the 4G mobile provider of choice? Surprisingly, Three seem pretty confident on their signal. The next best seems to be O2. Any suggestions appreciated (except "get over it"etc. etc.)
