Going out in Edinburgh on Haloween. In central London Haloween is a huge thing with probably the majority of people wearing outfits of one type or another. Is this the same in Edinburgh we’ll be going to the Liquid Rooms amongst others
Edinburgh likes an excuse for a party. Every pub/club will be decorated. Most people will be out in fancy dress. If you forget or need a costume Edinburgh bargin stores will have what you need.
