where does clear laquering alloys

hi im in ayrshire and looking for a place that can clear laquer a polished alloy wheel, its a bmw 18" m-par allot, its only clear laquered and needs relaquered, there is a local dry powder paint place but they can only paint it silver apparenlty it a specialist that needs to do this clear laquering as the laquer has difficulty bonding to the polished alloy surface.

so is there anywhere in ayrshire or glasgow area that can do this sort of work to my wheel or any other suggestions, i dont want to paint it silver as it wont look as good.
