Japanese knotweed removal/treatment - Aberdeen
Discussion
Depending on why/how, contrary to popular belief Gyco Phosphate ( Roundup ) is very effective on it. Each time you use it expect about 90% reduction in the amount of knotweed. By the 3rd/4th season you will only see tiny residual outbreaks in any.
You say ASAP, but the point I'm making it that spray it with glyco, remove it once it's well an truly dead, approx. 6 weeks, and if it does come back next year it will be hugely weakened.
If it's for a property sale surveyors know look at the extent of the problem, not just whether or not there is knotweed present.
