Mercedes Dealerships
Discussion
So looks like I need to book my slk into a merc dealership for some warranty work.
The Ayr dealership is nearest for me but never used them and wondering if anyone has any experiences??
Happy to travel a bit further for a dealership with a good reputation (car gets serviced at MB Jarvie in Glasgow).
Many thanks.

Ive found Glasgow ok over the last 10yrs, using both City Centre and Giffnock.
They seem to try harder than they used to, as they appear to be heavily scored on customer satisfaction these days.
My only gripe is you never get to speak to a mechanic (sorry, technician), its always someone whose job is to be smiley and fresh faced, but who doesnt know much if anything about cars.

Quick update/feedback.
The car went into Mercedes in Ayr in the end. Fan replaced under warranty.
Despite my worries, all seems to have gone fine. Car happy again. No issues.
The ladies that run reception and servicing were a pleasure to deal with. Real breath of fresh air. Salesmen all looked miserable as hell whilst desperately trying to look important!!
