Chaps, have a post up in the Homes and DIY pages as we unfortunately find ourselves in a pretty crappy position with our tenant and therefore if anybody can recommend a solicitor in Edinburgh area who can assist with a letting / lease / eviction issue or indeed anybody here who can offer their services (obviously not for free!) then it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks chaps, have since secured the services of a solicitor and so the long process begins. Very kind offer on the management front sir but we're looking to take the house back for ourselves for the foreseeable future and given the arduous journey thus far with our current tenants, I very much doubt either of us will be keen to let it out again but shall keep it in mind should our position change.
