Has anyone any experience of DLG auto services in Bonnyrigg? They seem to be Direct Line's approved repairer but the limited online reviews I have found were "mixed" and not encouraging.

Had to take my 1 year old Suzuki Swift Sport there about 4 years back. It was called JM accident repair back then (I bought the car from Belmont Suzuki at Wallyford). Mine wasn't to fix panel damage but to try and sort a rattle that appeared at the time to be from the bracing in behind the rear quarter panel. It was all warranty work and I got the car back the next day. Minor niggle was they hadn't clipped a bit of trim back in properly when I picked the car up but I got the manager out who in turn immediately got a lackey out to sort it on the spot.

I'm fairly sure that was the place my neighbours Volvo went when a lad in a van rear ended it. They did a good job on the bumper replacement, rear quarter panel repair and paintwork but made a complete mess of the electrics. Shocking they let it go back on the road with such an obvious fault.
