Alloy wheel straightening - refurb

Hi All,
Just wondering where is the best place to go. I am sure I have a couple of kinks in my wheels so just wondering were I can get them straightened.
Looking to get two wheels refurbished but I want them painted not powder coated.
If it makes a difference it is for audi 21" rotor alloys
