Good insurance broker?

I'm looking for a friendly, intelligent and proactive broker in the West of Scotland who can help with a sensible insurance policy. Trying to arrange cover for a little Fiat 500, but the current provider says surviving in the Middle East claim-free for 15 years means a 100% hike in premiums!

Any good local recommendations much appreciated.
