Do not use 'theroadtrafficlawyer'.

Nigel Beaumont (my father) is where to go.

No idea who Road traffic lawyer is but I wonder how he/she would feel if one of the people he has fought to keep their licence, then wiped out one of his/her family with their careless driving.

new driver doing 107mph on the A832?
113mph in a 60 zone on the A832
falling asleep at the wheel of an HGV and only getting 3 points and £100 fine?
new driver doing 110mph on the M74
115mph in a 60mph and overtaking on solid white lines

Suppose that is the case for most defence lawyers mind you.

Our client was originally charged with speeding at 114mph on the M74 at Larkhall. This type of speed in Hamilton would inevitably result in a not insignificant period of disqualification. We were able to negotiate the speed down to 99mph with the Crown and the Sheriff was ultimately persuaded to impose 5 penalty points in respect of the matter.
How do you negotiate the speed down?

If he's too busy defending people to need an improved website, what does that tell you!?

I was represented by Martin Black of Michael Lyon Solicitors when I was 19; I couldn't have been happier with the outcome and even if the outcome hadn't been as good I could still see the value in getting a solicitor that specialises in road traffic offences.
While sat waiting my turn I witnessed a number of lawyers trying to defend their clients. When my turn came Martin clearly had great knowledge of the subject; so much so the court was adjourned no less than three times so the judge could seek counsel on the points Martin raised.

Worth every single penny in my opinion.

Regardless of who you choose to represent you, I'd recommend having a chat now, while it's fresh in your head. If you were served a verbal notice of intended prosecution already then it could be upto 6 months before they serve you a citation.

Hope it all works out,
Sean

Try Paulqv on here, at Freelands in Wishaw. Brilliant service and demolished the police case today, much to the amusement of the juniors involved. And he promises me he's not expensive laugh

Money to the brief, a convincing brief (to the beak) and the need for the perp to keep earning money to pay the fine. i.e. continuing to drive. Then your speed comes down. (Been there).

Judges are not all stupid, they realise that pragmatism and expediency are often the best course.
