Car security manned lockup?

Hi folks, first post. I have heard of a few companies and one in my area of Glasgow who have opened up a manned 24 hour car security parking warehouse thats heated and rigged to the hilt with security and police monitoring. Is this service worth using. Not much out there on the net but seemingly they offer a lift to and from home and indoor heated parking bay? I am alooking at buying an m3 and would feel better sleeping at night knowing the motor was safe.
