Good solicitor in Scotland
Discussion
After an accident I had that involved another vehicle, no one was hurt but it was my fault, I was informed that I would be charged with dangerous driving.
The accident happeded on 30th June this year and today I got a letter from the Procurator Fical informing me that I was being charged with dangerous driving
I know plenty UK solicitors but I assume it will have to be a Scottish one?

Where are you based? If in/near Aberdeen then try Ian at Woodward Lawson - http://woodwardlawson.com/

I have been about and have logged on here a few times. I am still working away and got all of the same old bangers.
Always nice to hear and speak to people.
For the OP. Best idea is to identify which court the case is in and possibly find a good local lawyer although all court lawyers will appear in any court in Scotland.

I agree with Paul. The "specialists" in Glasgow often instruct the local guys. Dealing with the local Sheriffs/Justices/Fiscals/Clerks every day has its benefits. Established local solicitors will normally have the "ear" of the Court,as they say! If you haven't found someone yet then give the Court where your case is calling a phone for a recommendation. Good luck.
