BVAC show at Thirlestane Castle 6th June

Had a fantastic day at the BVAC show at Thirlestane Castle last Sunday. Fabulous weather seemed fitting for this extremely well organised show. Amazing selection of 1200 vehicles plus loads of vendor stalls, crafts and food outlets, topped off with winning 'Best Club Display' for our Corvettes.
Well done BVAC, yet another great show at this superb venue, well worth the trip from the north east of England.

It was a great show. Firing of the Field Gun was a little unexpected! Great selection of cars, only downside is that it felt a little bit too spread out.

Yes the field gun was totally unnecessary I heard an elderly person took a heart attack due to it .Was with the TIPEC club and great displays of cars as you said a bit spread out and loads of empty pitches .

We had a great day, we were on the BMW stand with the 740. Was great to see more modern classics than there has been, the Mercedes Evo 2 was lovely!

Would agree with the field gun comments, seemed quite an unnecessary part of the day.

Was a great show. I only live down the road in Kelso so is nice to have a show like this local. Agree with the comments on the field gun. Was just a tad too loud and unnecessary.
