Hi guys,

I appreciate the interest may have passed however I have a couple of amateur videos of the rally arriving and leaving. Each one is edited to about 15 minutes long and was filmed between myself and my fiancée. I thought I would share the links for anybody who may be interested but wasn't able to attend.

Hope you enjoy.

Many thanks,

Matt

Ha, I don't think there are any good videos of that... But no, I have video prior to the crash, but if anybody knows a link for it the please feel free to share, or if anybody has any other video content of the rally in Scotland

Thanks, much appreciated!

Having watched those two links, with all being said, the damage doesn't look too bad. Of course it will be an expensive repair, however the car was moving under its own power once it was off the grass.

What was the point of the hi-vis jacket over the front of the vehicle?

I'm not sure. I can only think it was either to keep it dry, or a health and safety issue as they were manoeuvring car (briefly on the road). I'm most likely completely wrong on both counts...

The towing point seems to be inside the front of the car - possibly it was to protect the bodywork from the towrope?
