Viro Energy Bathgate

Does anyone know of this company? They installed our biomass boiler recently, but haven't answered their phone or emails for a week....they are based in Inchcross Business Park. I can't get up there until the weekend by which time their website says closed so I wouldn't be any the wiser as to their business state. Any help much appreciated.

Does not sound good, I just contacted them over the weekend about quoting me for Biomass.

They did reply to the email on Sunday night apologising for the delay in responding because of IT problems they have had.

I would like to hear from you on how you rate them and the quality of their work before I commit.

Well, after an email to them last week they called me back, but with hindsight i would recommend looking around a bit more.......maybe even don't bother, seems to be they were great until they got the job done and got paid. That's maybe a bit harsh but if you don't look after your clients then your future clients should look elsewhere.
