I know of a structural engineer who gave up practice and now works for NHBC. He may be interested on the side if it's of help. He is based just outside Glasgow.

He has offered to snag and type up a list for you for £100.

He works for Cala homes, used to be on the tools but now works in quality control so it's his area.
