East Kilbride Car Company? A4 Avant 2004 any good?
Discussion
Hello,
Currently looking for a Diesel with a budget of 3k for bombing up the M77 to my work, trips up North mountain biking/snowboarding & throwing the dog in the back of.
An 2004 Audi A4 Avant Quattro 1.9 SE has caught my eye, for sale in a garage called "East Kilbride Car Company" which I cannot find any info online. Going to give them a phone tomorrow to arrange a viewing.
A link to the add as follows;
http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=3...
First of all are these Audi's any good? Secondly any big things to look out for and Thirdly, anyone heard or hand any dealings with this seller? Is that a decent price for one of these?
Any help would be a appreciated,
Cheers,
Elliot

A quick google of the mobile number would suggest to me its a "work from home" type operation and they advertise in loads of online free pages.
I know of someone similar over in the Wishaw area and my friends wouldn't go anywhere else for a car cos they trust him so much through experience.
But unless you got a recommendation , you really would need to have your eyes wide open!
As for the car itself, lots of resource info online however £3k for an 11 year old car with 160k miles seems to me to be on the high side!
Do you need it to be 4WD? I am asking that as as person with a dog, who bought a 4WD car two years ago and has never had to use it! Much to my disgust!
