Anyone in the Edinburgh area an electrician or know anyone?

Hey, looking for an electrician to either do a full house rewire or an additional modern consumer unit running a couple of ring mains and lighting circuits (kitchen and dining room).
Anyone on here an electrician or know anyone who is any good, and reasonably priced!
The only issue being that the building is currently under a Building Warrant so any electrical work needs to be signed off by the Edinburgh Council before the Building Warrant can be signed off also!
