Trader name change, again ?

maybe I'm wrong to flag this up but a distictive used car sales company in scotland has changed it's name again.
The time I've been on PH - approx 5 years - I think this is the 4th name in that time.

Now maybe theres an innocent explanation for this but my spidey senses tell me that's not the case.

I notice the last discussion of this company on PH has been removed. Maybe because they advertise on PH?
So I think I'm doing the decent thing and flagging this up. Am I wrong?

the trader has cars that flow like a cat in the moonlight, apparently. And many other OTT descriptions.

Genuinely don't know who you are referring to?
It's not illegal to change company names. However if you are suggesting it's a case of going bust, screwing creditors, Phoenixing as a new company then I think it's fair to warn people but stick to facts eg Joe Bloggs was a director of X company and is now a director of y company sort of thing.
