Posted this in the pedal power forum but also appropriate here. This coming Monday Mark will be cycling the North Coast 500 he is attempting to cover the 500 miles in 35-40 hours!!

You are absolutely right having spent the last few days with him he is a thoroughly decent chap and very humble. On Monday night in the incessant rain and cold how he kept pushing in the dark beats me. Busy working on the stills from the event now. If you didnt see he did the 516 miles in 37hrs 58 mins

It's a shame there's some kind of issue between him and the production company that filmed his round the world bike ride. I saw it originally when it was broadcast on BBC and would love to see it again, but he was telling me there was some kind of 'issue/dispute' that is preventing it from being released for sale.
