Are there any good ones? We have a flat to rent out in the city centre from Aug 1st, don't want to deal with any tenants, just want the cash at the end of the month, presuming they take a reasonable cut (10 - 12%?)
I use Peterkins, not had many issues - they do like to recommend some pricey contractors to do remedial work that might pop up but they are pretty decent and seem to do a good screening of tenants.
You already have your foot in the door with the property - its Yvonne on George Street. She was a bit miffed that she'd not had anything back yet hence the thread.

I had sent the forms off I had thought? I'll check on Monday when I'm in, apologies if I hadn't! Been having a couple issues with emails with attachments not sending so could be that.
