Autosparkie in Dundee area to fit aux in to BMW head unit
Discussion
Hi there -wonder if anyone can help
Can anyone recommend a decent Auto-sparkie in Dundee area
Basically I want to get an aux line in cable fitted to the head unit of my E85 BMW Z4 so i can play music from iphone through the stereo -i have the shoddy alpine CD autoc-hanger in the arm rest but the cassette is jammed in and i'm told its major truckle to get it out and strip it -and in any event i believe it tends to jam again -and I still have the single CD slot in the head unit which works OK .Although its bluetooth enabled for my iphone it wont play music though it .
So I was thinking a simple aux line in to the back of the head unit might be a cheap fix.
Ive had work done by Kevin Pirrie in the past and when I rang Alans auto-electrics they didn't inspire with any confidence .I'm rather wary of damaging the delicate carbon trim trying to get at the head unit .
